Cleaning Co. — Payroll & Scheduling System
A short-term-rental cleaning business was running operations across four paper logs and a shared notebook — properties on one, cleaners on another, pay rates on a third, and special requests on the fourth. Payroll Sunday was a four-hour reconciliation. I rebuilt the whole operation in a single Google Sheet.
