Recently, that's meant a lot more n8n, Voiceflow, and Relevance AI — autonomous workflows and AI agents that handle real work, not chatbots that say hello. Wired into the CRM, the calendar, the ticket queue. Doing the job, not talking about it.
The rest of the time I'm running the day-to-day: inboxes, calendars, client onboarding, CRM hygiene, reporting. The work that doesn't make a quarter look good but makes every quarter possible.
